   Rebranded from Notify to AlertsPlz

   Updated the site title, top bar, homepage copy, dashboard invite prompt, README, and internal package names to reflect the AlertsPlz name.

   Cleaned up the live-alert "Started" field

   Discord go-live alerts no longer show a frozen '… uptime' string that never updated after the alert was sent — the relative Discord timestamp already keeps itself current.

   Fixed Rumble live checks getting blocked by Cloudflare

   Rumble channel checks now run through a stealth-patched headless Chromium instance to get past Cloudflare's bot challenge, and read live status directly from the hydrated page instead of a JSON blob that no longer survives client-side rendering. This also unlocked accurate stream start times.
